The Buttery Biscuit, now proudly known as Dolly's South! The restaurant will now be owned and operated by Ron and Carol Insinger. The new owners, a passionate local family, are excited to serve the South Williamsport community. This transition marks a new chapter for us, which will continue to serve the community with the same dedication and quality it has for years.
